First week in on our CVAP training, things went crazy. I have branding and social media management experience, but it still made me dizzy creating accounts here and there. (Including this website!)
I bet it’s even more challenging for those who do not have prior experience. This is why I chose to reach out to some groupmates whom I thought needed a little hand.

Come second Zoom session of CVAP training, my best takeaways are the following:
Learning some techniques in cleaning up audio recordings using audio editors
Voice-over/dubbing project with my group, UNIVoices.
Absolutely enjoyed doing a project with the group. I was given the opportunity to witness how each one of them is dedicated to their craft as a voice artist. They inspire me to put my best foot forward. So looking forward to when we get to show off the project we worked on together as a team.

Oh! I almost forgot to mention another milestone achieved this week… Our new USB condenser microphone ordered online (salamat Shopee!) arrived! My sister (owner and founder of Fancy Vox) and I are CVAP batchmates, and we’re both super thrilled about our first investment. (Watch the vlog!)
Even before joining CVAP, we were already dreaming about getting our hands on a good USB microphone. And because of our CVAP training and homework, we finally got a valid reason to spend! So happy it did not disappoint.
Excited for all the good stuff we’ll create using our new baby, our Maono USB condenser microphone.

That’s it for my day 2 slash week 2. See ya!
